Director of School Based Services

I've spent more than 25 years serving in the human service field. Seeing lives changed, families reunited, and captives set free feels more like a gift from God than work for me. I graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree and went on to earn a Master's of Science and Social Work from the University of Louisville.

I enjoy the Godly environment, the challenges, and the daily interaction with students and staff at TMS.

My favorite Bible verse is: "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

-Proverbs 3:5-6-

School Nurse

I have been a nurse for almost 11 years. Even though this is my first year as TMS' school nurse, my love for these children is overwhelming. I enjoy coming to work each day, and getting to know each and every child. I play such a small part in their journey, but I am thankful God has blessed me with the opportunity to be here and care for their needs while at school. I pray that every child that I am given the opportunity to interact with feels loved, supported, and safe when they come into my office.

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Occupational Therapist

I earned my Master's in Occupational Therapy from Shawnee State University. I've worked in the pediatric and substance use populations.

I am grateful that The Millard School allows me to provide individualized, holistic services to meet the needs of all students.
